Ukrgasbank has launched additional issue of registered shares

In February 2007 JSB Ukrgasbank plans to increase its authorized capital by 33.3% with the help of additional issue of registered shares.

The amount of issue will be UAH 100 million. The nominal value of the share will be UAH 1. This decision was taken on the meeting of Bank's shareholders held on December 26

Ukrgasbank is one of the most reliable Ukrainian banks. Its total assets are UAH 3.396 billion. The Bank increases rapidly its activity through the number of operations on the market and territorial expansion.
